AI Work Folder Protocol

Repository-local .aiwork/ folder convention for AI-assisted workflows. Defines naming, frontmatter, and cross-reference standards for plans, specs, triage, reviews, and logs. Version control is optional.

Used by: dev-flow plugin (optional but recommended)
