I removed the empty translation lines on purpose to save space. Either we have unused "garbage" lying around that becomes helpful later for translators, or the files only contain what's necessary but requires more effort from translators. (The PR does not need any adjustment. It's OK if we can find a consensus here) |

This PR updates the builtin locale with new strings because a new release is imminent (5.14.0). This also updates the German translation.
2 new strings have arrived.
Tiny locale files that only contain 2 strings have not been touched.
