How do I still run Ludwig whilst I am getting the protobuf issue?

I am currently getting the issue from this request:

Contact the program author for an update. If you compiled the program yourself, make sure that your headers are from the same version of Protocol Buffers as your link-time library. And I am not sure on what to do to make my training work, I tried different ludwig versions, different tensorflow versions, but no luck with any of those.
