Lume CMS shows ignored files

What steps will reproduce the bug?

1. Create readme.md
2. Add site.ignore("readme.md") to _config.ts
3. Run deno task lume cms

Now you can see "Readme" in the Pages collection.

How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?

What is the expected behavior?

I should not see the page since it's ignored.

What do you see instead?

The ignored page is shown.

LumeCMS doesn't have a ignore option to ignore specific files. I have to think of how to implement this and make it compatible with Lume.
