Remind player to use both actions for multi-mandatory-action roles #539
Description
Some roles (e.g. werecrow) have more than one mandatory night action.
When the player does an action and has mandatory actions remaining (e.g. they kill but have not yet observed), reply as normal then add an additional reminder that they also have to do their other action. This will hopefully help with people forgetting to do the other action and getting warnings for idling night as a result.
