Create new Home View and CreateHelpseek View #13

Create a Home View with 2 different buttons where the user can decide whether he wants to:
create support seeking: this should link to a new View (has also to be created) where he can create a Help Seek with a form and see the status of his current help seek if he already created one.
seek for support seeking to help the person: this should link to the current Home View
