The front lip on the magazine follower was too high and was causing the slide to lock open with one round still remaining in the magazine. The front lip has been dropped by .025 (25 thousands of an inch). Last round hold open now works correctly.
The version 1.2 Menendez baseplate for the Glock 17/19/26/34 was too short in length. This version, which I am referring to as version 1.3, was extended by .052 inches (52 thousands). Also, the hole for the locking plate peg/stud was moved rearward by the same amount so that alignment with the locking plate is more easily achieved.
