Summary

  • implement EnvConverter parsing logic to materialize ConfigV3 objects from DPS_ prefixed environment variables
  • add EnvConverter tests covering happy path and validation for unknown variables

Testing

  • ./gradlew test -Dorg.gradle.workers.max=1
