Add Category grid page

Story #1292

Preconditions (*)

1. Install Magento 2.4-develop with Adobe Stock Integration 2.0-develop

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Login to Admin panel
2. Go to admin/media_gallery_catalog/category/index page

Expected result (*)

Categories grid should be displayed

• Actions column should not be added in this task, there is a separate issue to handle that

Technical details

This functionality should be introduced in the new MediaGalleryCatalogUi module
The page should NOT be available from admin panel menu
The grid should be implemented using the UI Listing Magento component
