Purpose of this pull request

This pull request (PR) accomplishes the following tasks

  • Move the products and category queries to the queries directory
  • Move all other product-specific topics to the new product directory
  • Extract all other mutations and queries that are embedded in the the product-specific topics and move them to the appropriate directory
