Category grid not rendered correctly

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento ver. 2.3.0-beta32
2. PHP 7.1.22

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Create a category
2. Create > 5 products and assign them to this category
3. Open Category in Frontend

Expected result (*)

1. 4 products should be rendered per row

Actual result (*)

1. Only 3 products are rendered in row
2. There shouldn't be any space between products, because one element should take 25%
