Lost editing functionality for blocks

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.6-p11
• I no longer have editing capability for blocks.

Steps to reproduce

Go to CONTENT/ELEMENTS/BLOCKS
I select a block and it shows me the Enable, Title, Indentifier, and Store View options but there is no longer an option for editing.

Expected result

There should be a "Edit with Page Builder" button/option that allows me to update the HTML, etc.

Actual result

No error message, just the edit option is not there. I tested with multiple blocks.

Thanks for your reporting and collaboration.

We have tried to reproduce the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and we are not able to reproduce the issue.kindly refer the screenshots.

We are able to view the "Edit with Page Builder" button/option that allows me to update the HTML, etc.

Kindly recheck the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and elaborate the steps to reproduce if the issue is still reproducible.
