Description

In \Magento\Framework\EntityManager\Operation\Delete::execute 'entity_manager_delete_before' event was dispatched twice.

Fixed Issues (if relevant)

1. duplicate event in Delete operation transaction "entity_manager_delete_before" #17715: Duplicate event in Delete operation transaction "entity_manager_delete_before".
