FAN0 pin and expansion port headers on mks robin nano v3.1 #190

Hello. I would like to ask a question about the topology of the mks robin nano v3.1 board. Why is the FAN0 signal connected to the PC14 pin? It does not have a hardware PWM. Thank you for connecting FAN1 to the PB2 pin with a hardware PWM, which allowed me to swap FAN0 and FAN1 in the Marlin settings.
The second question is why are the exp1/exp2 connectors 180 degrees rotated compared to the similar connectors on the RAMPS, BTT SKR1.3 boards? I almost killed my display with a wrong connection.
