A Feature to set up `pixi`

pixi itself is not developed by this organization, but given that the backend rattler is developed by this organization, is it worth adding pixi Feature here?

Thanks for taking a look at this. We could close this issue in favor of that, but I think we could also transplant that Feature here.

I'd be more than happy to donate my code & have it under the official mamba/pixi brand somewhere.

Although I'd probably want to fix this first install.sh#L51-L57

I suggest you give my feature a go as is & see if it works for you. Consider it very much alpha quality at the moment.
It would be nice to add support for other images, other just Debian derivatives.
