[FR]: "Use colored icon for unread articles" #1603

Brief description of the feature request
Settings > User Interface > Tray area
The configuration option "Use monochrome icon" could be enhanced with another option "Use colored icon for unread articles".
The second option would only be enabled when the first one is checked.
That way, the systray icon would be unobtrusive when there is nothing to see, and a bit more eye-catching when there are new articles. And yes, I already have enabled "Display count..."
