[FR]: Add generic Google Reader API service plugin (FreshRSS, Bazqux, TheOldReader)

It should/could support:

• TheOldReader,
• FreshRSS,
• Bazqux,
• Reedah.

There would be a switch in the account settings dialog with combobox to choose "flavor" and plugin will do some service-specific stuff according to chosen flavor.

OK, basic functionality is there and working. Plugin should basically work for all greader-api based services. Inoreader still has separate plugin because of oauth authentication
