Brief description of the issue.

No matter what I do, I can't get RSS Guard to pull feed data from the RSS feed URL created by a private torrent tracker site.

I don't think I can provide you the URL used and have it work for you, but I was able to save the .xml file I see when I plugged it into Firefox just now. The .xml is zipped and attached, hopefully that's useful to you.

I noticed "" near the top, so I tried changing the feed information "Type" to "RSS 0.91/0.92/0.93", but that didn't help, either.

How to reproduce the bug?

1. Add said feed to RSS Guard
2. Try to update feed
3. See nothing happen and get sad (lol)

What was the expected result?

Seeing the feed info in RSS Guard

What actually happened?

Seeing nothing in RSS Guard

Notes:

• Sample feed with embedded cookie in URL: https://xtremewrestlingtorrents.net/rss.php?feed=dl&cat=75,50,56,51,53:COOKIE:uid=979653;pass=31cf83cbc3619b35b56e53de5dff7685.
• QuiteRSS parses the :COOKIE: part and stores the data as cookie.
• RSS Guard at this point does not support cookie "jars", but the support could be added at least to a degree similar as QuiteRSS.

No HTTP authentication. Here's a URL, see if you can add it that way. I am able to add the feed, but updating it yields no 'entries' in the message list:

Returns "Not logged in!".

How do you authenticate to website? You must login. Your web browser subsequently stores auth cookies which the feed checks I believe. Loading the feed without the actual cookies will not work and that is what I see.

RSS Guard does not support cookies. Do you use "nowebengine" version of RSS Guard?

I log in to the site in Firefox, but after generating the RSS feed URL on the site, I've been able to plug it into quiteRSS, for example, and have it work just fine. I don't log into the site within quiteRSS at any point.

Just checked QuiteRSS and they do support cookies embedded inside URLs.
