I thought the pinned posts having a special formatting was kinda neat actually, but this does resolve #34969. |
agreed! we tried a few ways to format it, but if we made the colors too different it stuck out too strongly. we want to redesign PMs eventually so we may re-add the color once there's less chance of confusion. |

Fixes #34969 by removing the background color from the pinned status carousel entirely.
