Travis CI Build Config Update Needed

Components such as build tool version in Travis build configuration seems to be outdated and this makes Travis builds fail for any pull request involving Gradle file update. Below is a line from Travis config file.

"global_env": "SDK_API=P BUILD_TOOLS_VERSION=26.0.2"
