Prints "INFO: Could not find files for the given pattern(s)." when not found

Thanks @JoshuaKGoldberg, just to clarify - is it still returning the correct value for you and has this print as a side effect or is fully breaking?

(EDIT: i don't have a windows machine easily available, so I'm going off of CI tests for most windows functionality)

Correct! It's the correct return value, just an odd console log.

I ran into the same issue when using the sync version on windows (8.1), node 9.2.0.

The async/promise version doesn't seem to be have this issue.

The log does not affect the functionality in any way, but there is no easy way to suppress the message outside the module.

Currently I have a patched version of the sync method for windows in my project, but I made a PR in case the author wants to merge the fix.
