Better documention for worker synapse "resource" requirements #12221

Description
At https://github.com/matrix-org/synapse/blob/develop/docs/workers.md I'd love to see better documentation that what "resources" each worker really needs, replication, client, federation, media.. Some of workers/endpoints are guessable, but some of them I have no idea what is really needed.
