[Feature] Allow TLS termination inside Bifrost server thrugh config

I used Docker on a local air-gapped machine. When I try to add a custom provider with a base URL that is an HTTPS endpoint, I get the error "TLS: Failed to verify certificate." I checked the Bifrost documentation but couldn't find any relevant information. How can I disable SSL verification?
