Publish wheels?

Definitely interested, and willing to help if needed. Offline installation is complicated without published wheels.

@mbr As far as I know, PyPi allows you to upload extra files for an existing version after the fact, so building the wheel locally with

pip install build
python3 -m build

and then uploading the generated wheel file to PyPi should be all that is needed.
