#1216: Set alignment and width classes on branches app#1230

The removal of the LargeCenteredLayout and switch to a div has caused the 'Branches & Pull Requests' view to be missing spacing/margin around the edges of the component. CSS classes have therefore been set on the component to enforce auto-margins so the component is centered, and a wide maximum width to ensure the content is constrained appropriately.
