Add: Clear history and folder history

It would be very good if there is an easy way in 7-Zip ZS settings to clear the history and folder history.

Also the possibility to disable history and folder history in settings.

This function has been missing from 7-Zip for years (since it has existed).

These are the key / values pairs:
HKCU\Software\7-Zip\Compression\ArcHistory
HKCU\Software\7-Zip\Extraction\PathHistory
HKCU\Software\7-Zip\FM" /v "CopyHistory
HKCU\Software\7-Zip\FM" /v "FolderHistory

I made it an option within tools->options->settings ... by default, the history isn't stored now.

It works, but existing users who already have history, e.g. for folders, will need to uninstall and reinstall 7-Zip ZS for it to work properly.

Probably a bug.

Not really, on the first edit on such entries it will be resettet. But I didn't want to apply an extra check on StartUp just for that.

And of cause, when you uninstall 7-Zip ZS, the registry stuff of it will be cleared... thats why the un-install + install works as you mentioned.
