Description
Currently, the Ligthwallet (2.0) reverts to the default Ionic error screen if it gets an unauthorized response from MWS.
We should gracefully handle, which includes:
- Not initially derailing the users experience.
- Silently attempting to re-authenticate, before deciding there is a problem.
