Map filtering improvements

Description

Extends PR #580 with some more work on node map filtering.

Some more filters added:

• Last heard
• SNR
• Role
• Hardware

• some UI improvements.

Extends already merged PR #580

Changes Made

• Added more filters.
• Filters are now grouped in an accordion set.
• The filter icon changes to green when filters are applied.
• Some min/max values are styled differently, for example battery 101% is now "Charging", 0 hops is "Direct", last heard 0 is "now".
• If slider values are the same (min = max), only the value is used as label.
