Note that we probably want to mention the best path forward for users experiencing slow convolutions: upgrade to 9.15+ locally if you are on SM 7.5 (Turing) or newer, as well as for users experiencing slow SDPA: upgrade to nightlies if you are on H100, H200, B200, or B300. |

We may be able to remove the convolution note above assuming pytorch/pytorch#171747 is cherrypicked |
