Auto-detect that Ghostty Terminal supports Kitty graphics protocol

presenterm doesn't automatically detect that Ghostty supports the Kitty graphics protocol.

Using the following works however:

presenterm --image-protocol kitty-local

This was fixed in #405 and #406 and should be fixed if you build from source.
