As discussed here #556 and attempted in #562. This is another attempt with the new project structure and without
postcss-assets. I will create a wiki page with the implementation ofpostcss-assets.Changes:
P.S: I was hasty again and worked in the master branch. :D I will create the wiki page after this gets merged.
