New Virtual Desktop on Maximize Like on MacOS

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Enhanced multitasking. Automatically adds the Maximized Window app to a new desktop, and automatically deletes the new desktop when it is closed.

Scenario when this would be used?

Enhanced multitasking capabilities when the display is single. Forms an effect similar to MACOS.

Hello, I see that this idea was closed one year ago with no resolution. The comment was that it was duplicated and both issues were closed without further resolution than duplicated response:

I don't see this feature on Powertoys and i think it could be useful for some people. Would you please take a look at the idea? It's really well explained on #13993 by @LeunamAntharas.
