• WebAssembly: Separate WebAssembly types from lib.dom.d.ts into their own file #826
• Types used by Deno: Add the deno stdlib to the list of dts files to check against #1027
• CSS: Separate CSSDeclaration from lib.dom.d.ts into a new file lib.css.d.ts #211
• Types used by Node.js: Consider splitting dom lib events out into separate lib for nodejs use TypeScript#43972
• JSDOM (not requested but probably good to have, kinda covers a lot?): DOM Lib Generator infra thread #1023 (comment), Support overriding lib (e.g. lib.dom.d.ts) paths TypeScript#29237
