Pull request overview
This PR updates the Semantic Kernel to Agent Framework migration guidelines to reflect the latest API changes, including deprecation of the OpenAI Assistants API and addition of the Responses API as the recommended approach.
Key changes:
- Added deprecation warnings for OpenAI Assistants API with recommendations to use Responses API instead
- Added new sections documenting OpenAI and Azure OpenAI Responses API patterns
- Updated CodeInterpreter pattern to use MEAI abstractions instead of breaking glass pattern
- Removed duplicate content (Section 11 which duplicated Function Invocation Context information from Section 9)
