[BUG] Visual Studio Crashing with AI Dev Gallery Sample

Describe the bug
Visual Studio is crashing when I use the AI Dev Gallery v0.4.6.0 sample. Describe Image, Describe Live Image etc.
The samples that run on the AI Dev Gallery app work without issue. But, the problem only occurs with the Visual Studio sample, and it's 100% reproducible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. To start "AI Dev Gallery Preview" app.
2. To press "Samples" -> "Image" -> "Describe Image" -> "Export"
3. To start "Describe Image" sample with Visual Studio(.sln file).
4. To change "ARM64" solution platform.
5. To press "F5" key
6. See error

Expected behavior
AI Dev Gallery samples should run correctly on Visual Studio.

Hi, I have upgraded the AI Dev Gallery to version v0.4.7.0, but the issue persists. As additional information, my environment versions are as follows.

• 2025-07 Image Transform version 1.2508.888.0 arm64(KB5065151)
• 2025-07 arm64 Phi Silica version 1.2508.888.0 (KB5065152)
• 2025-07 Image Processing version 1.2508.888.0 arm64 (KB5065148)
• Microsoft Corporation - System Hardware Update - 6/20/2025
• Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26200.5733 (ge_release_upr)

it would be also worth noting that my environment do not match the

Thank you!!! After installing the Windows Update as below, I was able to successfully run the AI Dev Gallery sample by Visual Studio project.

• NET Framework 3.5 2025-08 preview and arm64 (KB5064402) Windows 11 Insider Preview 4.8.1
• Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Insider Preview (KB5064093) (26200.5761)
• Microsoft Corporation - System Hardware Update - 8/21/2025
