Add support OAuth 2.0 Update

Can we have oAUTH 2.0 post update for Exchange Online (EXO) connections due to Basic Auth deprecation in Oct 1, 2022?

A configuration doc required for update for EXO. Something like the relevant code is claimed to be for VSO only.

Unfortunately appears that Basic Auth has been disabled for our EWS environment, so Mail2Bug no longer works for us.
