Compared to the Windows UI kit, certain brushes are missing from WinUI.
The WinUI Gallery also highlights these brushes as missing:
ControlFillColorQuarternaryBrush
CardBackgroundTertiaryBrush
SolidBackgroundFillColorQuinaryBrush
SolidBackgroundFillColorSenaryBrush
MicaBackgroundFillColorBaseBrush
MicaBackgroundFillColorBaseAltBrush

Open the Windows UI Kit and compare it against the brushes that ship with WinUI,
