[Feature] Make browser binaries available for manual installations

Hi, would it be possible to make the browser binaries available for download from a managed location? This would make it easier to ascertain that we are using the correct versions and bump them as needed.

As we're behind a corporate firewall we need to perform manual installation by downloading the correct versions and uploading them to our Nexus repo.

I was able to find and successfully install Chromium using playwright-chromium but I've been unable to find Webkit and the Firefox ftp site is blocked by our corporate policy.
