[BUG] addInitScript and exposeFunction/Binding don't work for new OOPIFs

I can see the code that iterates over the existing frames, but new frame session does not go over the registered bindings / init scripts in the page.

Trivial iteration fixed the binding, but not the initial script for me locally.
