[Feature] Add yarn to playwright:{bionic:dev} Docker images

Currently yarn is part of Node images so some projects switched from npm to yarn. So the issue is that dependencies are locked by Yarn and not npm

It would be great if yarn (v1 at least) will be added to base images like it done with Node.

$ docker run --rm -it node yarn --version

[aslushnikov]

Let me close this as a dupe of #3529

We'll add both git and yarn to the image.
