As part of this work item, a request from the CD team to consume a major version bump. This bumps sbom-tool to use version 6.0.0 of the component detection package. The breaking change has to do with how Rust components are detected. This did not require a code change on our side, outside of updating docs to reflect the new hierarchy of how Rust components (Cargo packages) are detected.
