New window created can inherit parent working directory

Description of the new feature

Press [ctrl+ shift + D] or [ctrl+ shift + T] to create new window, new window will use default working directory other than parent working directory. I expect new window will use parent working directory like linux terminal

I had that same problem on my laptop, Use the keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+Plus so when you make a new tab when you cd in a directory, it will open in that directory.
