"App Setting Visibility" toggle icon does not reflect current value state

Repro Steps:

1. Create a function app.
2. Expand the "Application Settings" node in the above function app.
3. Hover the mouse over one application setting and click the "Toggle App Setting Visibility" icon.
4. Check whether the "Toggle App Setting Visibility" icon changes or not.

Expect:
The "Toggle App Setting Visibility" icon changes after clicking it, such as the below icon.

Actual:
The "Toggle App Setting Visibility" icon does not change after clicking it.
