[Bug]: Failed to generate script: 'Performing script generation is not possible for this comparison result

Description

There is a option in schema compare options named "Allow table recreation in publish" which by default enabled, but in my case I have to disabled it because otherwise it don't let me exclude dome o the changes from schema compare, and then when I try ton generate script with that option disabled then it has not generating script, but when i enabled it and and try to generate script, it's working fine then.

Steps to Reproduce

1. 2 connections for db added
2. Schema compare - keep all options as it is by default and try to generate script after compare
3. Then try to exclude some of the check from schema compare
4. Disable table recreation option from schema compare options
5. Compare schema gain and generate schema

Generate script not working

Environment Information

vs code version: 1.138.0
mssql server extension version: 1.45.1
OS: Windows 11

Confirmation

• I have searched existing issues and couldn't find a match
• I want to work on this issue

I can reproduce it. Though I always get

Failed to generate script: 'Performing script generation is not possible for this comparison result.'

Disabling Allow table recreation in publish does not seem to have an impact.
