MCP: roots and ${workspaceFolder} drive letter inconsistency on Windows

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.105
• OS Version: Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a workspace MCP that uses ${workspaceFolder} for cwd

Expectation: ${workspaceFolder} and MCP roots resolve to the same drive letter. Currently ${workspaceFolder} resolves to C:\ and MCP roots to file:///c:/

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.105.1. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.
