Consume bpasero/watcher via NPM #285300
Description
Background: we use @parcel/watcher from https://github.com/parcel-bundler/watcher for all our watching needs and it has been nothing but working great. However the project seems to not be actively merging latest PRs at the moment, so I decided to fork it off to https://github.com/bpasero/watcher at least until the maintainers have a chance again to look at the PRs and publish new official releases. This helps us taking in some good fixes for crashes that are reported.
@lszomoru we need to enable the new https://github.com/bpasero/watcher repository to publish to NPM in order to consume the new @vscode/watcher package. Could you help me with that? I already setup a pipeline here: https://github.com/bpasero/watcher/blob/vscode/.azure-pipelines/pipeline.yml. It took inspiration from the existing https://github.com/bpasero/sudo-prompt repo.
