Align jsdoc for `QuickPickItem#resourceUri` and `TreeItem#resourceUri`

Testing #274948

The tree item and quick pick item both have the resources uri property and afaik their behaviour is the same. It's nit it would be nice to have the same/aligned jsdoc comment for them

There is a slight difference in that label cannot be undefined for QuickPickItem while it can for TreeItem, but I'll see if the rest can be aligned.
