Inline chat shows "exit dialog" when dealing with errors

When an error during the request happens, inline chat triggers the exit tool that directs folks to the chat view. This should not happen

Steps:

• have a request that fails
• 🐛 the error isn't shown but the "Continue in Chat" dialog shows
