Web: Safari support

This is a meta issue for our Safari support on macOS (issue list) and this can be used to track the limitations and gaps we currently see today on Safari.

Currently there are no major blockers but we do have a few pain points:

• PWA support. Unlike Chrome and Edge, we can't save a web app to desktop now with Safari.
• Clipboard support. Currently there is no navigator.keyboard support so we can't customize keybindings or context menu entries for Copy and Paste. But users can use default keybindings to Copy/Paste in Editor, Terminal and all native input elements.
• Some fonts are not allowed. Safari disallows some web fonts to prevent finger printing Web: allow to use Fira Code in editor (Safari) #83294, for example Fira Code.
• No Pinch to Zoom customization. We can't pinch to zoom images in Safari but we can do that in Chrome.
