Timer - Provide on screen of every user

• When the facilitator (or any user) of a running Retrospective start the Timer, only he sees it.
• It becomes only visible to all participants if the facilitator shares the screen. BUT when the facilitator also wants to participate providing anonymous feedback, screensharing makes sharing the Timer conflicting.

Describe the solution you'd like
When someone starts the Timer - Provide the countdown on the screen of every user. Analogies:

• Timer in Microsoft Teams meeting
• Timer in Mural

Describe alternatives you've considered
The current feature is not usable. Therefore, we would use the Timer in a Microsoft Teams meeting instead.

Good suggestion and rationale. We are tracking suggestions related to the timer, anticipating feedback.

I believe the timer on the cards is synched across boards, but not the board level timer. However, confirming the behavior is a bit of a challenge right now due to the synching issue.

I understand the sync issues(s) must be solved first, fully agreed.
